यह पुस्तक ज्योतिष के नवीन विद्यार्थी को लाभ पहुंचाने की दृष्टि से लिखी गई है। इस कारण यदि इसके प्रकाशन से जनता का कुछ भी लाभ हुआ तो मै अपना उद्देश्य सफल समझूगा।
पाठक यदि इस ज्ञान खण्ड को अपना कर यदि मेरा उत्साह बढायेंगे तो इसके इतर खण्डो के प्रकाशन में शीघ्रता होगी।
अंत में विशेष प्रार्थना है कि भूल होना मानुषीय है, यदि किसी विषय को समझाने में कोई त्रुटि हुई हो तो या अन्य प्रकार की कोई भूल हुई हो तो सज्जनो से आशा है कि क्षमा प्रदान कर भूल की सूचना देंगे या अपनी कठिनाई सूचित करेंगे तो मै अति अनुगृहीत होऊँगा और भविष्य में भूल सुधार दी जायेगी और कठिनाई दूर कर आवश्यक बातो का समावेश कर दिया जायगा ।
